FARNBOROUGH, United Kingdom; DUBAI, United Arab Emirates — GE Aerospace, Software as a Service (SaaS), today announced that ABL Aviation has signed a five-year agreement to adopt GE Aerospace’s Asset Transfer System (ATS) to support aircraft transitions across its growing portfolio.
The agreement was formalized during a signing ceremony at the Farnborough International Airshow on July 21.
GE Aerospace’s ATS is a comprehensive platform that enables users to efficiently manage every aspect of asset documentation throughout the leased asset lifecycle. With two intuitive modules in one solution - Records Management and Project Management, ATS provides a single-pane working area for organizing, viewing, searching, retrieving, downloading, and transferring documents digitally. ABL has committed to using ATS for aircraft transitions to help scale consistent process as the fleet expands.
“Lessors and airlines are looking for faster, more consistent transitions with clearer visibility and control,” said Andrew Coleman, President and General Manager, GE Aerospace, Software as a Service. “We’re honored ABL Aviation has chosen ATS. In a market where every transition is time-critical and high-stakes, ATS helps teams execute with discipline and predictability, reducing handover friction and keeping aircraft moving into revenue service.”
Founder and CEO Ali Ben Lmadani, ABL Aviation, said: "With our fleet growth plan, we are prioritizing standardization and transparency in how we execute aircraft transitions around the world. With ATS, our teams can work from a common workflow, ensure seamless aircraft transitions, and stay focused on delivering for our airline customers as we add aircraft each year. Equally important, the platform enhances transparency for our investors by providing greater visibility into our operational capabilities, asset management discipline and execution standards. This level of insight and transparency strengthens confidence in our management team and our ability to protect and maximize value across our growing global portfolio."
