GE Aerospace Appoints Paul Ferraro as Vice President & General Manager of Defense Engines & Services

LYNN, MA – July 7, 2025 – GE Aerospace (NYSE: GE) announced today that Paul Ferraro has been named Vice President & General Manager of Defense Engines & Services.

Paul Ferraro brings more than 30 years of experience in the aerospace and defense industry, with a proven track record of leadership across critical business segments at Raytheon and RTX. Most recently, he led Raytheon’s Air & Space Defense Systems and Air Power Systems organizations. He has also held executive roles as Vice President of Seapower Capability Systems, Advanced Technology Programs, and Engineering and Technology for Network Centric Systems.

In addition to leading key defense businesses, Ferraro oversaw manufacturing operations across multiple sites, deepening his expertise in production execution and customer delivery. He also brings an extensive background in defense and aerospace, strong customer relationships, and broad general management experience to the role, positioning him to lead GE Aerospace’s Defense Engines & Services organization into its next phase of growth and execution.

Ferraro, who will be based in Lynn, Massachusetts – home to one of GE Aerospace's key facilities focused on the design, development, and manufacturing of military and commercial jet engines – holds a master’s degree in electrical and computer engineering from the University of Massachusetts and an MBA from Boston University.
