  • Initiatives build on GE Aerospace’s deep, long-standing commitment to the Middle East

Dubai, UAE; July 30, 2026 – GE Aerospace today announced a donation of US$100,000 to support NGOs across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar, reinforcing the company’s commitment to strengthening the communities where its employees live and work.

The donations will contribute to programs across three important pillars of society: children- and youth-focused services through Omniyat People of Determination Rehabilitation Center, community support through the Royati Family Society, and STEM education through the INJAZ Al-Arab / Junior Achievement (JA) MENA network.

Aziz Koleilat, President & CEO of GE Aerospace for the Middle East, Pakistan, Türkiye & CIS said, “GE Aerospace has a long-standing commitment to supporting the communities where we operate. We are proud to support initiatives in the Middle East that expand access to STEM education, strengthen community programs, and help children and young people build the skills, confidence, and support they need to thrive.”

GE Aerospace’s donation to the Omniyat Center will support specialized programs focused on learning, skills development, social integration, and family support services for children and People of Determination. Through its educational, rehabilitative, therapeutic, and support services, the Omniyat Center helps vulnerable children and their families lead more independent lives and participate more fully in society.

The donation to Royati Family Society will support its community programs, including food box initiatives aimed at meeting the immediate needs of families, children, women, and workers. The support builds on previous collaborations and reflects a shared commitment to social and humanitarian initiatives that strengthen community values.

GE Aerospace’s contribution to the INJAZ Al-Arab / JA MENA network in the UAE, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia and the broader region will help advance STEM education and inspire young people to explore future career pathways in science, technology, engineering, and related fields.

This funding complements the GE Aerospace Foundation’s impactful work as a community partner. Building on a decade of connecting industry resources with humanitarian partners, the Foundation has donated approximately US$2 million to be used in 2026 to organizations like Airlink, Red Cross / Red Crescent, Team Rubicon, and World Central Kitchen, supporting critical relief efforts globally, including in Gaza, Jordan, and Lebanon.
