In this installation of Quick Six, GE Aerospace chatted with Miriam Alvarez, Senior Manufacturing Manager. Alvarez has been with GE Aerospace for 13 years, during which she’s been deeply involved with the Hispanic Forum, which has incited her commitment to volunteer in the community and grow her career through mentorship.

Ever since his childhood, Michael Castillo has always had a passion for aerospace. Now as a GE Aerospace engineer, he has devoted himself to helping marginalized Hispanic students pursue careers in STEM fields.

Pepe Palafox is laser-focused on building diverse talent in GE’s ranks. To him, it’s a sign that the company cares about investing in the future generations of engineers and in diversity.
