Lifting people up in the communities
With the launch of the GE Aerospace Foundation in 2024, we committed an additional $20 million to Next Engineers through 2030. This funding will expand it to four new cities, including Warsaw, Poland, where the program was launched early 2025. The expansion into Europe signifies our dedication to fostering engineering talent and innovation across the continent.

Additionally, we proudly re-signed the UK Armed Forces Covenant, reinforcing our dedication to creating career opportunities for veterans. We know what it means to serve one’s country and are proud to be able to employ veterans across our workforce.
