Hadley Bowling
General Manager, Americas Sales Pole
Responsible for expanding GE Aerospace’s partnerships with airlines, lessors, and Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) facilities across the Americas.
Biography
Hadley Bowling is the General Manager, Americas Sales Pole for GE Aerospace. In this role, Hadley is responsible for building and expanding GE Aerospace’s partnerships with airlines, lessors, and MRO facilities across the Americas. She has a strong commercial background, combining technical expertise with a strategic approach to drive business growth and customer success.
Hadley began her career with GE Aerospace in 2004 as part of the Technical Sales Leadership Program, gaining hands-on experience and developing her expertise in technical and commercial functions. Over the years, she has held a series of roles within the global sales and marketing team, including leadership positions in marketing strategy, product management, and operations. She earned her Six Sigma Black Belt certification during this time, contributing significantly to the expansion of engine and service offerings in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and the Americas.
Most recently, Hadley served as the Director of Product Management and Operations for the GE9X product line. In this role, she oversaw program strategy, product execution, and stakeholder relationships, ensuring the product's successful certification from the US Federal Aviation Administration. She also developed close relationships with revenue sharing participants, playing a critical role in the GE9X’s market growth.
In 2016, Hadley was appointed as the Regional General Manager for Customer & Product Support Operations (Americas), delivering comprehensive technical and commercial support for airline customers in the region. Earlier, in 2013, she served as the Director of Business Operations for Regional Engines and Services, focusing on the growth and strategy for new equipment sales and services for the CF34 engine line.
Hadley holds a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana, USA.

Karina Carvalho
Executive General Counsel, Latin America
Responsible for leading the legal strategy in the region, providing expert guidance to senior leaders on critical decisions, and safeguarding the GE Aerospace brand and its reputation.
Biography
Karina Carvalho is the Executive General Counsel, Latin America for GE Aerospace. Appointed to this role in March 2024, Karina is responsible for leading the legal strategy across the region, offering expert counsel to senior leaders on critical business decisions and ensuring the protection and reputation of the GE Aerospace brand.
Karina joined GE in 2010 and has since held several leadership positions, including Senior Labor & Employment Counsel and Compliance Leader. Alongside her current role, she serves as President of the Deliberative Council of GEBSAPrev, GE's pension plan in Brazil.
Karina is also actively involved in various Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) initiatives within GE Aerospace.
Karina graduated from Mackenzie University in São Paulo, Brazil.

Luiz Froes
Vice President, Government Relations
Responsible for developing, leading, and executing GE Aerospace’s strategies across various government entities in the region.
Biography
Luiz Froes is the Vice President of Government Relations for GE Aerospace. In this role, Luiz is responsible for developing, leading, and executing GE Aerospace’s strategic engagement with various government entities, including ministries, embassies, associations, and other government bodies in the region.
Luiz began his career at GE Celma as a business administration intern in 2002 and has since built a strong foundation in sales. Before his current role, he served as the Sales Director for GE Aerospace for over four years, starting in 2018. In this position, he was responsible for overseeing the sales of commercial engines and services in Brazil.
During his tenure, Luiz acted as the account owner and strategy leader for major clients like Azul and Gol, managing contract negotiations and cultivating relationships with senior management and C-level executives of GE Aerospace’s clients. He also led market intelligence efforts focused on Brazil’s aviation sector.
Luiz has consistently been promoted to roles of increasing responsibility, including Contracts Fulfillment Coordinator, Customer Program and Support Manager, and Sales Support Director.
He is a graduate of GE’s Corporate Commercial Leadership Program (class of 2010), which provided him with the opportunity to work internationally for two years, based in Cincinnati, Ohio, USA.
Luiz holds a master’s degree in Business Management from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil and bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from FASE University, Brazil.

Andres Soler
General Manager, GE Aerospace Querétaro
Responsible for overseeing GE Aerospace Querétaro and driving innovation development for the aerospace industry.
Biography
Andres Soler is the General Manager for GE Aerospace Querétaro, one of GE Aerospace’s largest aviation research and technology development centers outside the United States. In this role, Andres is responsible for overseeing the center, where hundreds of engineers focus on developing cutting-edge innovations for the aerospace industry.
Before taking on this role, Andres served as an Engineering Section Manager for Performance and Services Engineering at GE Aerospace. Although most of his career has been based in Queretaro, he has also held engineering positions in the United States and Canada, gaining international experience and expertise.
Andres has been an active member of the aerospace community, serving as a counselor at the Mexican Aerospace Industry Federation for two years. He currently serves as a counselor at the Queretaro Aerospace University (UNAQ), supporting the development of talent and capabilities in the region.
Andres holds a master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering Design from the University of Manchester, England, and a Certificate of Higher Education (CertHE) in Philosophy from the University of London, UK. He earned a bachelor's degree in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering from the Tecnológico de Monterrey, Mexico.

Rick Streamer
General Manager, Sales, Latin America
Responsible for all aviation sales activities and customer relationships across the region.
Biography
Rick Streamer is the General Manager Sales, Latin America for GE Aerospace. In this role, Rick leads a regional team of sales executives and senior professionals, overseeing all aviation sales activities and managing customer relationships throughout the region.
Before assuming his current role, Rick served as Sales Director for GE Aerospace for over 15 years and was based out of Seattle. With a career spanning 30 years at GE, he has taken on various customer support roles, demonstrating his versatility and commitment to the company.
Prior to joining GE in 1994, Rick served as a US Army Ordnance Officer, where he managed a 270-person maintenance company supporting 1,800 soldiers in force-on-force desert training exercises.
Rick holds a master’s degree in Business Administration from Pennsylvania State University, USA and a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Lafayette College, Pennsylvania, USA.

Julio Talon
Plant Leader, GE Celma
Responsible for overseeing all five GE Celma sites across Brazil, the largest Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) facility in Latin America, supporting global customers.
Biography
Julio Talon is the Plant Leader, GE Celma for GE Aerospace. Located in Brazil, GE Celma is the largest MRO site in Latin America. In this role, Julio oversees all five GE Celma sites across Brazil, managing a team of over 3,000 employees who provide maintenance, repair, and overhaul services to customers from around the world.
With 38 years of experience, Julio’s journey with GE Celma began in 1986 as an engineering intern when the company was still government-owned. He progressed through various roles, becoming GE Celma’s Operations Manager from 2005 to 2010. He was later promoted to his current position, where he is responsible for managing the operations of five GE Celma plants in Brazil.
Julio holds a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Catholic University of Petropolis, Brazil. He is also the President of the Petropolis branch of the Rio de Janeiro Industries Federation. In recognition of his leadership in the state industry sector, the federation honored him with several awards in 2017 and 2018.

Jaqueline Tibau
Human Resources Director, Brazil
Responsible for developing and leading the deployment of GE Aerospace’s HR strategy in Brazil.
Biography
Jaqueline Tibau is the Human Resources Director for GE Aerospace in Brazil. In this role, she is responsible for developing and executing the company’s Human Resources strategy, overseeing a workforce of more than 3,000 professionals across the country.
Jaqueline was appointed to this position in 2018. Before this, she served as the HR Director for GE’s Global Research Center in Brazil and as HR Manager for GE Aviation.
With a career spanning 35 years, Jaqueline joined GE in 2007, bringing a wealth of experience from her previous roles at companies such as Bureau Veritas, Brazilian internet service provider NET, and the consulting group Arthur Andersen.
Jaqueline holds two bachelor's degrees: one in Knowledge Management from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, and another in New Technologies on Training from the Getulio Vargas Foundation, Brazil. She is also an active board member of the Brazilian Human Resources Association.
