To our valued suppliers,
As we close 2025, on behalf of everyone at GE Aerospace, thank you. Our ability to deliver for customers is deeply connected to the strength of our supply base and we appreciate the role you play in helping us better serve customers.
The work you do matters to our customers and the world. During one of the busiest travel periods of the year, we’re reminded of our role in helping connect millions of people around the world and supporting those serving in the armed services whose missions continue through the holidays. We know this means working through year end to ensure we deliver for the warfighter and the flying public, who count on us 24/7/365.
As one team, we improved for our customers this year. FLIGHT DECK brought our cross-functional teams together to look at processes end to end, enabling collaboration, problem solving, and sustained results. Thank you for hosting hundreds of GE Aerospace employees deployed at your sites throughout the year and for your partnership to host four kaizen events. While we're certainly encouraged by the progress we’ve created together in 2025, our airline and airframer customers will need even more from us in 2026.
With a focus on continuous improvement, our partnership helped drive more than 35% year-over-year growth in priority supplier material inputs through third quarter. In turn, output for our customers is rising: third-quarter Commercial Engines & Services deliveries were up 33% year-over-year, including record LEAP deliveries up 40%, and Defense & Systems deliveries were up 83%. We are making steady progress for our customers from improved durability to delivery, but we know there’s more to do to meet their expectations. Let’s carry this momentum into 2026.
Thank you again for your partnership and all you do in service of GE Aerospace and our customers. Wishing you and your loved ones a safe, happy, and healthy holiday season.
